The Confidence Prescription Plan
Personalized skin care, guided by a conversation.
Skin care can feel surprisingly complicated when every product seems to offer a different answer. A thoughtful conversation can help you sort through the choices and find a starting point that fits your skin and your life. The Confidence Prescription Plan is our esthetician-guided framework for that conversation, bringing your skin assessment, professional care, and home routine into one personalized plan.
Begin with your skin assessment
Your plan starts with a comprehensive skin assessment and a conversation about your goals. Perhaps your routine has become a shelf of products you rarely use. Perhaps your skin feels different, and you are unsure what to change. You can begin with those observations, without knowing which treatment to ask for. Share what feels comfortable, what concerns you, and what you would like to preserve. That gives the conversation somewhere useful to start.
Make room for everyday life
Bring your current products, or photographs of their labels, and talk honestly about what you use. Include anything prescribed and any past reactions. Your schedule, budget, and preferences matter, too. Be clear about what you can comfortably maintain. A routine needs to make sense on an ordinary morning. Ask which steps deserve your attention first and which can wait.
Understand each recommendation
Professional facials and home care may both enter the conversation. Before choosing a treatment, ask what it is intended to address, whether it is suitable for you, and what risks, alternatives, aftercare, and costs to consider. Share relevant health history and medications with your provider. You should have space to ask questions before deciding how to proceed.
Leave room to review
A useful plan can be revisited. Keep notes about how your skin feels, what you are using, and any questions that come up between visits. Discuss when to check in and what would be a reason to contact your provider sooner. If your priorities or circumstances change, bring that into the conversation rather than feeling bound to an old routine.
