A graduate with High Honors from Ross University School of Medicine, Dr. Burko completed a five-year General Surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He then pursued a three-year fellowship in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Tulane University, training under pioneers in the field.
