The Confidence Academy

The Confidence Academy provides professional education and hands-on aesthetic training for eligible licensed healthcare professionals.

Courses may include classroom instruction, demonstrations, supervised hands-on training, live models, professional development and other educational experiences.

Academy Eligibility

The Confidence Academy is designed for licensed healthcare professionals.

Enrollment is limited to individuals who hold an active professional license and whose scope of practice permits participation in the aesthetic injectable procedures covered by the course.

Eligibility may be verified before enrollment, and The Confidence Academy may request proof of professional licensure or other documentation.

Completion of a course does not expand a participant’s legal scope of practice or authorize practice outside the scope of their license.

Each participant is responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, regulations, supervision requirements and professional standards applicable to their own license and practice.

The Confidence Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met.

Course Registration

Submitting a request for information does not reserve a seat in a course.

A seat is considered reserved only after applicable registration and payment requirements have been completed and enrollment has been confirmed.

Course capacity is limited and availability may change before payment is completed.

Tuition, Model Fees and Other Charges

Tuition, model fees and other course-related charges vary by course and will be displayed or communicated during registration.

Unless otherwise stated, model fees may be separate from tuition.

Pricing may change for future courses.

If third-party financing or payment options are offered, approval and financing terms are determined by the applicable provider and are subject to that provider’s terms.

Course Changes and Availability

The Confidence Academy may occasionally need to modify course details, including:

• dates or times
• instructors
• curriculum
• live-model availability
• class format
• course location
• other logistical details

If a material change affects a registered student, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the student using the contact information provided during registration.

If The Confidence Academy cancels or materially reschedules a course, affected students will be informed of the applicable rescheduling, credit or refund options.

Student Cancellations, Transfers and Refunds

Cancellation, transfer, refund and rescheduling policies may vary by course or program because of limited class size, instructor scheduling, product ordering and live-model coordination.

Academy Cancellation Policy — Final Terms Pending Review

The Confidence Academy’s final cancellation, transfer, refund and rescheduling policy is currently under review and will be finalized before the applicable course enrollment terms are used for registration or payment.

Certificates and Professional Scope

Certificates of completion may be issued for applicable Academy courses when stated course requirements have been satisfied.

A certificate of completion is not professional licensure, board certification or authorization to perform a procedure outside the participant’s applicable legal scope of practice.

Continuing education credit is provided only when specifically stated for a particular program.

Educational Outcomes

The Confidence Academy provides education, supervised practice and professional development.

We do not guarantee:

• employment
• income
• business growth
• patient or client volume
• professional advancement
• mastery of a procedure after a single course
• any specific financial or professional result

Outcomes depend on factors including the participant’s prior education, experience, practice, professional judgment, additional training, applicable supervision and business circumstances.

Live Models and Hands-On Training

Certain courses may include supervised hands-on practice with live models.

Hands-on participation may depend on course structure, instructor assessment, model availability, professional eligibility and safety considerations.

An instructor may modify or limit a participant’s hands-on activity when appropriate for safety, educational readiness or professional considerations.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Course presentations, written materials, training documents, videos, photographs, protocols, graphics, worksheets and other Academy materials may be protected by copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, Academy materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, published or commercially repurposed.

Students may take personal notes for individual educational use.

Photography and Video

Photography or video may occur during Academy classes.

Use of an identifiable student’s, model’s or participant’s image or likeness in public-facing marketing will be handled through the applicable consent or release process.

Enrollment alone does not constitute unrestricted permission to use an individual’s image for advertising.

Email, Phone and SMS Communications

When you submit an inquiry, request information, book an appointment, register for a course or make a purchase, we may contact you regarding that request or transaction.

If you separately consent to promotional communications, we may also send information about services, courses, events, offers or other updates.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
